Canterberry Crossing is one of the most beautiful home communities in Parker, sitting above Parker with awesome views of the Front Range and Rocky Mountains. Most of the national home builders are represented in Canterberry. The lots tend to be smaller, but great views are found all over the community. There is plenty of open space around the neighborhood with all kinds of wildlife, including deer, foxes, squirrels, rabbits and birds such as hawks and owls. Black Bear Golf Club is located within the community, creating great golf course lots. Many of the homes sit on lots that provide magnificent views of the Rocky Mountains from Pikes Peak to Longs Peak.
Canterberry Crossing is located a few miles east of Downtown Parker. Commute time to the Denver Tech Center is about 30 minutes – Downtown Denver 50 minutes – DIA about 45 minutes.
There are three major hospitals within easy commute of Canterberry Crossing. The closest hospital is Parker Adventist Hospital, about 15 minutes away in Parker. Castle Rock Adventist Hospital is located about 15 to 20 minutes away in the Meadows in Castle Rock. Sky Ridge Medical Center is located about 30 minutes way in Lone Tree. All three hospitals are relatively new and considered among the best in the Denver Metro area.
Canterberry Crossing began in the mid 1980’s and homes were consistently built until 2014. There have been great builders in Canterberry Crossing including Weekley Homes, Meritage Homes, John Laing Homes, Richmond Homes, Standard Pacific Homes, KB Homes and Village Homes.

There are numerous public golf courses nearby, including Red Hawk Ridge Golf Course, The Ridge at Castle Pines and Bear Dance Golf. There are other less known courses, but these are all awesome, some nationally ranked. Parker prides itself with three other awesome private golf clubs. The Colorado Golf Club. The Pinery Country Club. The Club At Pradera.
Canterberry Crossing is located in the acclaimed Douglas County School District, which is one of the top school districts in the nation. All the schools are in the neighborhood, making it very easy on the parents. The first elementary school is Frontier Elementary School. The middle School (Junior High) is Cimarron Middle School . And the high school is Legend High School. Additionally, there are several wonderful private schools within commuting distance, including Ave Maria Catholic School, Lutheran High School, Southeast Christian School and Regis Jesuit High School.
