We have been selling homes in and around Parker since 2004.

We specialize in helping out of state home buyers relocate to Parker and the surrounding communities of Castle Rock, Larkspur, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Centennial, Aurora and Elizabeth. Most real estate agents do not specialize in any areas. They try to carve out such a large territory (i.e. Denver Metro) that they might not even know how to drive you to your desired area without the help of their GPS. They certainly are not intimately familiar with such things as schools, shopping, traffic patterns, parks, recreation facilities and on and on. We have the credentials that you expect of agents who will be guiding you in your home buying decisions.  

Before you pick your real estate professional, you should check them out thoroughly.  

Check out our reviews, especially those on Google. Google reviews are far and away the most reliable and the hardest to get. Most agents will not have any. And, of course, read or watch the reviews that we might have on our website.  We  have worked hard to receive these reviews and testimonials. From the beginning, we try to find out as much as possible about you. Both your real estate needs and your personal needs.

We are genuinely interested in you, not just your business. We want to know who you are, your personality, your situation. Are you active? Retiring? A family? Single? Where you'll be commuting to for your job. Your education needs for your children. That sort of stuff. It really makes a difference in ultimately finding you the right home, in the right neighborhood and at the right price.

We will be set up on your own personal property search and organizer. And, we'll send you the Parker Neighborhood Videos. 

Once we know exactly what you're looking for, we will set you up on a Client Portal through REColorado. This is the same search engine that all Denver area real estate agents use. Unlike the Zillow's of the world, this home search is absolutely accurate, current and loaded with all of the property details. A serious buyer cannot be successful without this tool. And,we will also send you videos of 22 of Parker's most popular neighborhoods. We have actually had out of state clients pick their neighborhood, just from watching all of the videos before they make their first trip.

We live in Parker.  We work and play in the surrounding communities of Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Centennial and Aurora.

We are physically able and willing to preview homes that you have an interest in.  You're not here, yet.  Or, you've made your first home buying trip and have returned home.  We will preview these homes for you, taking additional photos and video for you.  For those of you with an iPhone, Facetime is a great way to preview homes.

We will help you find a hotel, rent a car, arrange for childcare, recommend restaurants and anything else that you might need. Give us your home buying trip needs and we will help you put it all together.  

We try to be "turn key' for you.  Let us pick you up at the airport or your hotel.

Once you've arrived and are ready to get to work, you will join us in our van or SUV. If you're bringing your kids or others, we will use our van, which seats up to 7 adults, comfortably. We do not do the "caravan" thing. Spending your day in the same vehicle as the agents is critical. It allows you to have valuable conversations, personal and business.  We will be able to provide ongoing commentary as you drive areas and go from one house to the next which can't happen if you're in a car behind us.

We spend at least a half day getting oriented to the communities that you are interested in.

By focusing on neighborhoods first, you will be able to get a feel for the various communities. You will then be able to focus on homes in your preferred subdivisions. This is probably the most valuable (and time saving) time you will spend during your house hunt. Very few agents do this. We require it. It will also allow you to know what your commute might look like, where you can shop, nearby parks, medical facilities, schools, etc. It's crucial that you have this overview of the entire area before you start looking at a specific house.

We will find you the right home, in the right neighborhood and at the right price.

Who We Are.  What We Believe.

We are co-founders of The Parker Colorado Home Center @ RE/Max Alliance. As we tell all of our clients, every real estate agent had a prior job or career before getting into real estate. We're no different. I came out of college with an interior design degree and pursued that for over 20 years. Bob went straight into mortgage banking. At about the same time, both Bob and I experienced extreme "burn out" in our careers. Both of us spent most of our time in the real estate world and figured why not get into the real estate business, rather than just be around it. So, in 2005, we both closed our businesses and jumped into the real estate world. It was fun from the beginning and has gotten better and better every year.

Our business grew from the start. In 2005, The Parker Colorado Home Center was created. Business was good. But, we became frustrated by the environment of real estate. Too often there were inept real estate agents, resulting in many home buyers and home sellers being under served. We noticed that with the Denver area being so large, many agents were under serving their clients by not specializing in one or a few particular markets. Most agents were trying to experts in all markets, rather than being really expert in a few markets. It's just not realistic. It can't be done.

So, we committed ourselves to specializing in those areas where we lived, worked and played. From our beginnings in 2005, we have focused on our hometown of Parker and those towns within a 5 to 10 mile radius of Parker. Today, we are helping buyers and sellers in Parker, Castle Rock, Larkspur, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Greenwood Village, Centennial and Aurora. We know all of these towns, as they say, like the back of our hands.

The latest technology has always been an integral part of our business. The Parker Colorado Home Center-Remax Alliance has become a respected leader in the market. Our strong web presence is among the most widely used local real estate websites.

Our latest innovation is the introduction of our Neighborhood Video Tours. Our library of neighborhood videos is a great resource for those out of state home buyers who have never visited Colorado. Viewing these videos has allowed many of our clients to identify favorite neighborhoods prior to their first home buying trip. They are the next best thing to actually being here.

Finally, we has achieved some of the highest levels at Remax. I am a Remax Hall of Fame member and a perennial Remax Platinum Club member, putting me in the top 7% of all Remax agents in the United State.
