Waiting On Home Prices To Drop? Big Mistake.

Full Disclosure:  This is my opinion.  I think I have some credentials to comment on this subject.  But, of course, I could be wrong.

I don’t think WAITING ON HOME PRICES TO DROP would be a wise decision.  At least not here in Colorado (specifically Douglas County).  We have a very low supply of homes.  Demand is strong.  Most homes are selling within a few days.  And, there is no indication that sales are going to slow down.

But, here’s the real deal.  Consider this.  We have high demand with interest rates of 6% plus.  What do you really think is going to happen when rates fall?  Prices will spike.  So, now is the time to buy, if you’re in the market and find a home that you love.  When rates fall (and they will), simply refinance.

Waiting is a BIG MISTAKE.  Act now.  This market will explode in the future.  Wouldn’t you like to already be a homeowner when prices go through the roof, again.
