  • Clarke Farms – Established master-planned area just west of downtown; community pool, parks, trail links; classic 1990s two-story homes. 

  • Hidden River / Sagewood – East-side neighborhood with community pool, open space, and quick access to Salisbury Park; value-oriented single-family. 

  • Stroh Ranch (aka ‘Anthology East’ nearby) – South Parker along Cherry Creek Trail; clubhouse with great amenities; mix of single-family and townhomes. 

  • Canterberry Crossing (Villages of Parker) – On the Black Bear Golf Course; mix of price points from starter to upscale; community pool/tennis.

  • Horse Creek – Family-friendly loop street plan, trails, parks; convenient to I-25/DTC via Hess. 

  • Auburn Hills / Dove Ridge – North-central Parker; well-kept single-family with neighborhood parks; quick E-470 access.
