Where Is The Meadows?

The Meadows is located just 3 miles from Downtown Castle Rock. Commute time to the Denver Tech Center is 25 minutes – Downtown Denver about 35 minutes. Another great benefit of living in The Meadows is the easy access to great restaurants and shopping. The Outlets at Castle Rock are located just down the road and plenty of restaurants are just miles away. 

What About Medical Facilities?

There are three major hospitals within easy commute of The Meadows. Castle Rock Adventist Hospital is the closest hospital located in the neighborhood. Sky Ridge Medical Center is located about 15 minutes away in Lone Tree. Parker Adventist Hospital about 25 minutes away in Parker. All three hospitals are relatively new and considered among the best in the Denver Metro area.

What Are The Different Home Styles?

The Meadows are made up of mostly 2 story and ranch homes. There are also townhomes available in this community.  Styles range from contemporary to traditional to craftsman and more.

What Are The Home Sizes?

Homes range in size from 1500-4000 square feet with most homes typically in the 2000-3000 square foot range.

What Are The Sales Prices?

The Meadows homes sell from about $350,000 to $700,000.  Most sell between $450,000 and $600,000.

Is there an HOA?

Yes. Because The Meadows is such a large community,there are two homeowners’ associations depending which neighborhood you are in. Those that belong to the MCA division include trash removal, common area maintenance and social events. Those that belong to the MNC division include trash and recycling removal, common area maintenance, social events and pool and clubhouse access.

Where’s the nearest country club and golf course?

There are a multitude of great golf courses in close proximity to The Meadows. Red Hawk Ridge Golf Course is a public golf course and is located just 1.5 miles away. Red Hawk Ridge offers five sets of tees and PGA certified instructors. Castle Pines Golf Club is a private club also 15 minutes away and offers a picturesque course and clubhouse. Plum Creek Golf Club is located 15 minutes away, most Castle Rock natives will tell you this course offers 3 holes that are the most challenging in the state.

What about the schools that serve The Meadows?

The Meadows is located in the acclaimed Douglas County School District, which is one of the top school districts in the nation. Since The Meadows is such a large community, there are multiple elementary schools. The elementary schools that serve The Meadows are Meadow View, Soaring Hawk and Clear Sky. From there, the kids will go to middle school at Castle Rock Middle School.  And the high school is Castle View High School. Additionally, there are several wonderful private schools within commuting distance to The Meadows including, Aspen View Academy, Woodlands Academy, and Lutheran High School.
